Belly dancing and Zumba, total benefits body - Sky Hi Daily News

Grand Park Community Recreation Center Christina Russell teaches belly dance workshop at the Grand Park Recreation Center

Howard head (formerly Alpine Physical Therapy) sports medicine, she teaches Ski conditioning, a progressive class of seven weeks with ski specific types of exercises, basic condition and coordination agility in the fall. She is currently working with the team of Ski Winter Park by building the base and stretching exercises. Massage therapy is its employment full time Howard head sports medicine, and she has a private practice.

Zumba

Russell also teaches Zumba. Learning to belly dance is like learning the routines of Zumba, a Latin dance of inspiration and training.


Tuesday evening at the Grand Park Community Recreation Centre, two local women benefit from Russell Zumba class, and there is a lot of laughter and smiles everywhere. Russell is wearing a black tank top with "I love Zumba" printed in pink on the back.
